Candidate Profile

Primary Responsibilities

  • You will be solely focused on rolling out a national program with multiple complex workstreams, led by both internal stakeholders as well as external vendors and be responsible to coordinate scheduling and communication across all levels inclusive of the project team
  • You are responsible for providing program status to the team, including meeting minutes and updates, performance-to-program plan, program risks and other critical details and data as warranted
  • You will lead program planning, team coordination and dashboard updates, submission schedule for the review committee, research coordination, SharePoint management, design reviews, and agency coordination
  • You will bridge design and business disciplines, evaluating and gauging appropriate risks and future opportunities


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 7 years of overall project management experience
  • Deep program management experience preferred
  • Pharma or healthcare background is preferred
  • SCRUM certification preferred
  • Previous experience working in a creative / design environment highly preferred
  • Project management training, excellent planning and project management skills desirable
  • Project management certification a plus, but not required
  • Strong experience using Microsoft Project or similar project management software required
  • Excellent written and presentation skills, especially to senior leadership
  • Strong analytical aptitude with creative abilities, comfortable with ambiguity
  • Ability to facilitate the generation of detailed and accurate, risk-adjusted project plans and proactively lead the team to flawlessly execute against it
