Job Description:

For this role, we're looking for an experienced content strategy data analyst who will support the Digital Content Team’s mission to make our healthcare client a digital-first company. You will establish and track essential metrics, support strategic initiatives, implement data instrumentation, conduct A/B testing, and perform data analysis. You'll partner with business leads and content strategists to identify insights and metrics to provide ongoing strategic guidance. Our ideal candidate works well with a team of content strategists who uses data to tell compelling narratives and inform business-critical decisions.

  • 3+ years of analytics experience in healthcare or high-growth product industry.
  • Define and analyze website KPIs and metrics aligned with user personas and user journeys
  • Ability to setup webpages with different analytics platforms. (Ex. Google Tag Manager (GTM) in Google Analytics)
  • Create dashboards in data studio and funnel reports in GA
  • Create case studies by analyzing website user data and advise future content strategy based on data
  • Conduct and analyze A/B testing 
  • Experience using SEO platforms to analyze customer journeys
  • Experience creating decks in PowerPoint to share data points and tell a compelling narrative
  • Experience working specifically with content strategy teams to create useful content
  • Experience building aggregates and optimizing data workstreams
  • High level of comfort creating dashboards in Google Analytics, Data Studio, BrightEdge or comparable software
