It is important that you have good communication skills and able to collaboratively work with peers.

Flex hours or remote?

This role is focused on making improvements and additions to our custom animation tools inside of Maya and MotionBuilder, with the intent of optimizing our animation production and iteration loops. For example, we are looking to create a tool to provide animators with methods for processing motion captured animation to jump further or faster than what was captured, while automatically maintaining feet to ground contacts. Other examples would be to retarget human mocap data to quadrupeds (Rampart Denizens), amongst other tools. The investment here will really pay off to reduce the overall cost of animation production outside of Unreal.
