Job Description:

Our client's Marketing Communications division oversees all the company’s advertising and marketing to ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications. The Channel XF team within the company’s global Marketing Communications group is responsible for developing go-to-market strategies that deliver against both Brand strategies and Channel commercial objectives. The team drives both the upfront strategy and alignment and subsequent cross-functional oversight and coordination of marketing efforts in Channel.

The CXF Producer, Marketing Guidelines & Assets, will act as a key point of expertise, integration, and accountability for the delivery of marketing efforts supporting the company’s Channel business unit. The CXF Producer will own the creation and production of the Channel Marketing Guides, as well as manage the distribution of the guides and marketing assets to various internal and external partner stakeholders. The role requires complex cross-functional management of high-volume projects, across multiple teams and stakeholders, with competing deadlines and priorities.

Serve as a central point of contact and aggregator of information relating to the delivery and execution of all Channel Marketing Guides and asset distribution
Partner closely with all Marketing Communications functional teams; Channel XF managers, 2D Design, 3DVM, MG/Video, Advertising, Media, Interactive, Localization, Content and Production to gather all necessary inputs and assets
Oversee vendor resources, statement of work (SOW), and budgeting.
Manage the collection, QC, and staging of marketing assets across multiple delivery points (ASW, Relay, Box, etc)
Maintain relevant status and tracking documentation, and develop workback schedules to ensure timely delivery of guides and assets
Prioritize projects and ongoing changes in real time and refine the production process based on feedback and hindsight.
Possess the ability to observe and identify process improvements across departments
Manage projects across multiple platforms by working closely with all partners and building trust both within the team and with business stakeholders.
Build strong relationships effectively with functional, production, brand, and creative teams to move projects forward.
Manage priorities ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholders.

Key Qualifications
Proven ability to build rapport, credibility and influence across multiple teams and stakeholders to get results
Ability to manage complex processes across multiple teams and constantly evolving organization, Channel roadmap, & landscape
Superlative written and verbal skills and ability to develop concise documentation
Excellent time & resource management skills, experience managing a 3rd party vendor
Resourceful, adaptable, and results-oriented with high energy and positive attitude
Comprehensive knowledge of internal functional production processes
Organized, eager, passionate, exceptional attention to detail with a comprehensive understanding of design and production process
Experience leading cross-functional efforts, keeping a strong collaborative tone

Education & Experience
BA/BS degree
7+ years of producer, project management, or related experience
Experience in advertising, marketing, or production preferred
Knowledge and/or practical experience with Content Management Systems
Experience and ability to scope and build schedules
Effective communication, problem solving skills and detailed oriented
Comfortable working in high pressure, deadline driven environments
