Job Description:

Our Retail/F&B client is seeking a mid-level Creative Project Manager to join the team on assignment, 3-6 months, 40 hours per week (w/ potential to extend)

**Bay Area Remote candidates Ideally - or West Coast PST**

As the Creative Project Manager, you will work closely with the Director of Design and own the execution of our creative projects. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for the team, and will interact with employees of all levels and from all teams across the company.  As the Creative Project Manager, you are responsible for driving the process between internal requesters and our Design Team. Often the first touch point for projects, you’ll clarify all requirements, collect all necessary details and information, assign design resources, and schedule and manage the departmental workflow to ensure final projects are delivered successfully and on time.

You thrive in a growing, fast-paced environment, are attentive and organized, and have an upbeat, can-do attitude and work well with creatives. You understand the brand and it’s design, and will organize the day-to-day operations of the Creative Team to deliver beautiful creative on time.

You will:

●      Manage Creative Projects from end-to-end; from briefing, creative development to delivery, acting as the primary liaison and main point of communication between the project stakeholders and the Creative Team

●      Effectively prioritize projects in the Design Team project queue, adjusting timelines and resources as needed, and helping Designers manage their workloads

●      Schedule and lead project kick-off meetings with stakeholders

●      Develop timelines for all Creative projects, identifying roles & responsibilities of all key stakeholders, detail workflow execution, ensure deliverables are on time and on brand

●      Clearly communicate expectations

●      Understand Brand Guidelines and be able to provide direction or feedback on general Brand Standards

●      Establish strong processes that support the Creative Team’s projects, helping the team work more efficiently to deliver beautiful results that support company goals and initiatives

●      Manage the execution of design projects such as: Print-related: packaging, collateral, branded products; Digital-related: ad campaigns, marketing emails, landing pages; and Cafe-related experiences: displays, signage, menus, events, etc.

You have:

●      3+ years of experience in a Project Management role for an Internal Creative/Design Team or Agency

●      Superior project scoping, project timeline development, risk assessment and prioritization skills

●      Familiarity with design software functionality and capabilities like Adobe Creative Cloud

●      Experience working w/ Wrike (or similar platforms) 

●      Understanding of how to use Google Drive, Documents, Sheets

●      Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

●      Experience working in the print industry strongly preferred—can speak the print language of color, printing processes, press checks

●      Experience working with external production vendors, requesting bids and quotes

●      Experience managing photo and video shoots (nice to have, not required)
