Job Description:

20 Hours per week

Define, refine, optimize and execute an internal communications strategy and plan for the office of the CFO Enterprise function.

Advise the department lead and other leaders on building their brand and presence, developing and executing programs to achieve same

Maintaining and advancing a pipeline of smart, relevant Portal article content

Writing and editing portal article content, including client wins and success stories, learning priorities, people profiles, etc.

Scripting and coordinating the production of video content

Planning and executing broadcasts, including logistics, messaging and coordination with client Productions

Curating, drafting and distributing regular news roundup emails

Managing the creation and distribution of ad hoc email communications, as required

Developing “baseline content” slides and messaging for leaders throughout the organization to deliver effective and consistent messaging to their teams

Advising the Offering Development & Knowledge Management team on continuous improvement of Knowledge Front Door internal site

Maintaining distribution lists (automating where possible)

Advising the Offering Development & Knowledge Services team on enhancements to the internal site

Collecting, compiling, reporting on and deriving insights from relevant communications metrics

  • Writing; editing; familiarity with client communications channels, tools and practices
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize a large volume of tasks based on business value with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • A smart eye for design and effective visual communications
  • Exceptional ability to synthesize content/concepts into concise, well-structured presentations and other written communications
  • Strong executive presence to deal with senior leaders
  • Good knowledge of technology content and ability to quickly learn new content
  • Excellent negotiation, influence, mediation & conflict management skills
