Job Description:

We are partnering with a leading sports retailer to bring on a Data Analyst who is proficient in Qualtrix. This role will partner with the Voice of the Consumer team focusing on linking data points togetherin Qualtrics. 

It is a fully remote (EST time zone), 40 hour a week project that is slated to be a year long.

Job Tasks
• Manage and execute VoC data collections efforts
• Execute VoC survey questions and feedback forums to effectively capture insights
• Monitor and adjust the customer feedback system to ensure sustainability and longevity of the process
• Study, analyze and report on customer feedback relative to experience, products, services and innovation
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data from various customer feedback methods (e.g., surveys, social, and reviews) to identify trends in customer pain points and potential root causes
• Explore and recommend what other data should be tracked in order to establish actionable Customer Experience metrics that represent what matters most to our customers
• Develop a series of reports containing customer insights, including findings and recommendations which can trigger design sprints or journey


Requirements
• Experience Qualtrics is a must
• Experience with data analysis tools (i.e. SPSS, Q, etc.)
• Experience building dashboards
• 3-5 years work place experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong analytic skills and critical thinking
• Knowledge of common research methodologies
