Job Description:

The Business API Global Content team is looking for an experienced, self-starting copywriter to join the team. In this role, you’ll leverage your experience writing for digital channels to create compelling copy that educates, converts, and supports a host of go-to-market activities, from demand generation and acquisition with website and social media copy to nurturing leads via email nurtures and creating compelling enablement collateral. The right candidate for the role is excited at the prospect of jumping into a variety of tasks from the lofty to the more routine, like website and collateral proofreading and editing.

This role will report into the Head of Global Content Strategy, and work alongside a small but mighty team of content marketers and a content and design operations manager. The team reports into the Integrated Marketing team working on the Business API. The Integrated Marketing team consists of five pillar leads with a variety of cross-functional teams reporting into those leads. More broadly, the Integrated Marketing team works cross-functionally with our partner team as well as our product marketing organization


The Global Content Strategy team’s mission is to use compelling content to drive the education of the market, enablement of our internal partner team, and empower everyone to share the value of the Program's Business API.
