Job Description:

AQUENT is looking for a Digital Partnership Operations Coordinator to join our client's GBM Marketing Governance & Operations team.  This preson would facilitate, manage and help monitor key activities associated with supplier statements of work (SOWs) and onboarding, privacy and legal reviews related to contracts and media targeting, and content calendar updates. In addition, the operations coordinator will support the team with purchasing and sourcing related tasks such as managing supplier estimates, raising and managing purchase orders and approving invoices. These business critical activities require working across XFN GBM teams and partners to understand, communicate and accurately apply company policies and operations. You’re an ideal candidate if you have an interest in supplier management, sourcing, purchasing, and project management, and enjoy helping teams with detailed and consistent coordination of processes. This role supports a marketing function, and can be remote.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Scope:
● Partner with stakeholders to manage sourcing, purchasing and content calendar responsibilities across key projects (ex: legal, comms and privacy reviews for media campaigns, contract development, supplier onboarding, managing third party reviews, raising purchase orders, budgeting and campaign calendar documentation).
● Submit, manage and track progress of submitted purchasing tasks on ongoing basis
● Prepare regular updates and progress summaries of key activities related to ops coordination for the team
● Communicate status to key stakeholders, incorporating and driving changes as needed

Education Background/ Requirements:
- Previous sourcing, purchasing or project coordination experience in a marketing organization
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience

Years of Experience Required:
2-4 years of experience – preferably with sourcing, purchasing or project coordination in a marketing org.

What is the interaction level this CW will have with the team/cross functional teams?:
Daily interaction with the immediate team, XFN teams and partners (likely VC/email/chat).
