Job Description:

Looking for a Project Manager for an exciting AI team! 

Responsibilities:
- Clean up and ensure all content is up-to-date.
o Establish process for product teams to update.
o Create useful reporting views on high-visibility items & incorporate in to cs analytics dashboards
o Grow weekly active visitors
o (if we decide to migrate) manage and deliver the migration
- Maintain central backlog cleanliness (and develop automation to do so):
o Syncs between source-of-truth and our backlog
o Assigning right point of contact
o Develop reporting views
o Automate syncs and ingestion to avoid manual work
- Vet all Customer feedback rhythms and ensure we have complete coverage. This includes:
o Coordinating with CXP to ensure that their community team monitors the right set of locations, repos, tags, etc.
o Coordinating with all service teams to see what channels they have
o Understanding all GitHub repos we have
o Be the first level of triage of the wide range of channels and create/automate items in our project for those that need to go to the product teams
- Expand Product feedback backlog to include GitHub Repos and Issues
o Spec and develop a simple process for better management and oversight on our GitHub repos, issues and PRs.

Skills and experience required:
2-4 years of project management experience
Bachelor's degree required, PMI Certification desired.
Knowledge/background in software industry products/services/applications, with in-depth knowledge of products/services/applications preferred.
Must possess strong cross team/group/org collaboration skills; ability to foresee and analyze project risks, develop risk management plan and mitigate subsequent issues.
The ideal candidate will have high-powered analytical skills and the ability to understand concepts and situations that pass by many others.
Must have excellent communication skills and strong project management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
