Copywriting, content writing, storytelling, oh my? Our client s looking for a Content Writer to join our growing marketing team and to help bring our creative vision and brand story to life. The Content Writer must embrace variety, thrive in owning all aspects of content and copywriting, and be passionate about educating and connecting with audiences through timely, clever, and purposeful words. We’re looking for a writer that can easily pivot from B2B to B2C, from long-form content to pitchy copy, all in a day’s work.
The right person will be detail-obsessed, self-motivated, collaborative, and inspired by all facets of brand, design, and most importantly, helping people understand and take the right actions to live their healthiest lives. This role reports directly to our Director of Marketing.
Key responsibilities of this role include performing at a high-level in the required competencies:

  • Develop compelling content for all HealthMine marketing initiatives (B2B), including website pages, landing pages, emails, blog articles, white papers/guides/eBooks, video scripts, press releases, social media content, infographics, digital marketing (e.g., paid search, display), promotional ads, and more
  • Write and maintain sales support materials, such as collateral/sell sheets, case studies/success stories, pitch presentations, RFP responses, and more
  • Support the Product team with content creation and auditing for HealthMine’s technology solutions, which include a consumer-facing mobile app and online portal as well as a client-facing digital platform
  • Write copy for communications materials on behalf of HealthMine’s client partners (B2C), including emails, direct mail, text messages, and mobile app messaging (e.g., in-app and push notifications)
  • As needed, develop content for awards program submissions, proposals to speak at industry conferences, miscellaneous internal communications, and other ad hoc requests
  • Manage the organization’s thought leadership editorial calendar and support publishing of articles to the HealthMine blog within HubSpot
  • Collaborate with other team members, including graphic designers and subject matter experts, to create and deliver timely and relevant content
  • Take ownership of and enhance HealthMine’s brand voice and tone, while establishing and adhering to defined editorial guidelines and maintaining error-free spelling and grammar
  • Analyze and optimize content performance across channels
  • Partner with and manage relevant vendor relationships as needed
  • Keep a pulse on marketing trends, industry news, and the competitive landscape to best position our brand and product


  • College degree (BS/BA) in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or similar field
  • 3+ years’ experience in writing branded content for relevant agency or in-house
  • 3+ years’ experience in B2B marketing experience
  • Experience writing for healthcare a plus
  • Portfolio of work required
  • Proven experience of excellent copywriting, content writing, and storytelling skills
  • Advanced knowledge of HubSpot
  • Strong ability creating content from ideas
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
  • A demonstrated ability to communicate, motivate, and inspire cross-functionally with teams to complete projects, and articulate concepts and ideas
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a fast-paced and respond to changes in business priorities environment
  • Experience with brand building, national marketing, and digital innovation
