Our client, a dynamic Healthcare Technology company is looking for a highly motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join their growing marketing team. This is a unique role where you will have the opportunity to flex your creative muscles in B2B, as well as B2C on behalf of our clients. You will contribute to the telling of their visual story, while ensuring brand consistency on everything they touch.  In this newly created role, we are looking for someone detail-obsessed, self-motivated, collaborative, and passionate about all facets of brand, design, and most importantly – driving actions that allow people to live a healthier life.

Key responsibilities of this role include performing at a high-level in the required competencies:

  • Execute impactful designs across all platforms that align with brand guidelines and vision under the guidance of the Senior Graphic Designer
  • Create designs across print and digital channels including direct mail, sales collateral, white papers, email, social media, video and animation, digital ads, landing page and website design, and more
  • Remain flexible and organized while handling multiple projects and execute to deadlines with the ability to pivot between long-term projects, short-term requests, and last-minute needs seamlessly. 
  • Follow creative direction for consumer-facing marketing campaigns for the company’s healthcare clients (typically includes email, print/direct mail, and web design)
  • Build email, web page, and landing page designs within a software program (HubSpot/Stripo)
  • Ideate concepts and create visual content that elevate the brand
  • Act as a champion for the brand and customers’ brands
  • Keep a pulse on design trends, marketing best practices, industry news, and competitive landscape to continuously evolve and best position our brand and product


  • Bachelor’s degree (BFA/BA/BSA) in Graphic Design or similar field
  • 1-3 years’ experience in relevant agency or in-house design
  • Portfolio of work required
  • Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create original content
  • Experience designing within HubSpot/Stripo or similar program strongly preferred
  • Proven experience developing assets across multiple channels including web, social media, and events
  • Strong eye for creative design and creating results from inception to production
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to changes in business priorities
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Skilled at executing independently and collaboratively with team
  • Driven to learn, grow skillset, and implement feedback
  • Motivation to maintain and improve design standards across the business
  • Experience/interest in video and animation
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus
