Job Description:

The Digital Asset Management Support role requires both incredible attention to detail and experience with digital assets. This position supports functional design, testing and deployment of content management solutions. You will work closely with the DAM Manager, marketing departments, system administrators, and end users to maintain assets in a state-of-the-art Digital Asset Management (DAM).

• Manage library of digital asset files comprised of thousands of digital files (and growing)
• Be able to organize and create efficient metadata models/schemas, taxonomy namespaces, and search schemas
• Follow governance, process, and training documentation for future continuity in managing assets
• Perform ingesting, organizing, general asset maintenance and management, as well as, associated issue management, and curating daily in the digital asset management system
• Perform digital asset lifecycle maintenance activities, such as digital archiving and asset expiration. Large volumes of data-entry are necessary.
• Understand Digital Rights Management (DRM), and maintain assets accordingly
• May be required to effect changes to images
• Use InDesign, InDesign Server, Photoshop, Bridge and Creative Cloud integration with AEM
• Configure AEM Projects to work with photography and video production shoots and workflow
• Apply color models, ICC profiles and configuration of AEM to process CMYK assets
• Configure AEM to publish to Dynamic Media, configure presets, filters, and color profiles
• Partner with DAM Manager on design and implementation of new solutions.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 1 year experience in digital production, digital asset management or asset curation for large organizations
• Well organized and highly structured individual, with strong attention to detail
• Deep knowledge of DAM, ADA, metadata taxonomy, and concepts for assets and digital content
• Firm understanding of photography, creative, and production processes common in agencies and digital media organizations
• Solid knowledge of media DRM
• Strong knowledge and experience with Adobe Assets, Adobe Experience Manager and other content management systems
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Flexibility and good-natured attitude

Preferred Qualifications:
• Formal Adobe Training on AEM Assets is preferred
• Use AEM AssetShare to create brand portals
• Experience with AEM video management capabilities, video processing, 3rd party syndication and viewing
