The Digital Marketing Manager will support a pharma brand with digital planning and tactical execution. The objective for this work is to support delivery of a transformed go-to-market model through launch of a new omni-channel platform.

The role will support the teams on:

• Identifying, prioritizing and adapting existing assets for the new digital platform
• Creating new content based on digital best-practices and content guidance to meet customer needs
• Leading the approval process for all promotional pieces through Review Committee (RC)

The Digital Marketing Contractors on the U.S. Vaccines Team will be responsible for leading tactical development, execution and metrics/insight development to help inform digital content development and launch. Content will focus on HCPs and will include:

• Therapeutic area content to include disease state resources and materials that HCPs can share with their patients
• Brand-specific content on efficacy, safety and cost/coverage/access-related information
• Scientific content such as ACIP guidelines, congress highlights and MOA videos
• Service content such as account resources

Role Responsibilities:

• Ensure brand inventories of current digital assets are complete and up to date
• Partner with commercial/marketing colleagues to prioritize content for adaptation for new digital omni-channel platform
• Identify which content pieces are highest priority and create workplan for optimization and RC approval
• Initiate content adaptation/creation based on the Content Playbook provided by Agile team. Playbook includes guidance on core principles, content formats & best practices (July – Sept)
• Ensure all content/assets are developed and RC approved for “pencils down” handoff date to digital platform team for loading on new site
• Lead brandhcp.com readiness with agency and RC team
• Supervise build and lead user review. Ensure content/assets are being transitioned so that value and communication are clear and compliant (Oct)
• Lead functional RC review and sample submissions for final approval prior to launch (Nov-Dec)

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree (BA/BS) required; MBA/Masters preferred
• 7-10+ years marketing experience is required. Vaccines experience a plus, but not required
• Broad experience across customer segments (i.e. HCP, Organized Customer Marketing)
• Deep experience with digital marketing
• Pharmaceutical experience mandatory
• Experience working with a Review or Medical/Legal/Regulatory Committee 
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and demonstrate leadership with internal/external stakeholders and partners
• Ability to mobilize, influence and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues, even without direct reporting relationships
• Strong business acumen including demonstrated strategic marketing and analytical thinking skills
• Strong project management and follow-up skills
