Service Provider Sr. Marketing Manager

100% Remote

Service Provider partnerships are at the heart of delivering differentiated network transformation solutions for the LAN and WAN to our customers. As a worldwide leader of service provider marketing you will be responsible for developing, implementing and optimizing our service provider global marketing strategy and investment plan. You will drive awareness, preference and demand for the breadth of our solutions to and with our top tier Service Providers. You will lead the Service Provider marketing strategy development in collaboration with key stakeholders in global and regional sales, channels, programs and corporate marketing. Working closely with the regional channel teams, you will align global and regional priorities to achieve measurable business outcomes.


Drive the development of the worldwide Service Provider marketing strategy and marketing investment plan to achieve measurable goals and maximum impact
Drive the development of “to and with” joint marketing strategies, joint value propositions, and asset development plan for targeted Service Provider partners. Develop the overall Service Provider value messaging and marketing assets
Collaborate with regional channel teams, based on sales priorities, to develop regional investment requirements and execute co-branded marketing plans with targeted Service Provider partners to drive measurable impact and pipeline growth
Build strong partnerships and marketing alignment with Service Provider partners
Build and maintain strong and collaborative relationships with global and region sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and best practice sharing
Working cross-functionally with Service Provider sales team and channel program team, provide leadership to deliver a best in class global Service Provider program
Provide competitive global insights and analysis with respect to market forces, market growth, solution offerings, and product value positioning in the Service Provider market
Drive thought leadership initiatives in market to promote greater awareness, preference and adoption of Aruba Service Provider solutions
Manage the accessibility of resources and tools for Service Providers on our partner portal


Service Provider business and technical knowledge is necessary. A deep understanding of Service Provider industry trends, business models and networking technologies is required
Demonstrated ability in developing marketing strategy, marketing and business development and value messaging/demand generation
Knowledge and experience with top tier Service Provider marketing programs, practices and tactics
Ability to drive and execute successful marketing programs
Measures return on investments using industry best practices
Excellent writing skills with ability to craft a concise and compelling story/messaging
Ability to think strategically while implementing tactically, balancing longer term ambitions with current capacity and demands
Highly skilled at establishing a unified vision and cross-functional collaborative work environment
Strong leadership ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines, both within and outside the company
Additional Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering or Computer Science
5+ years experience in sales or marketing, preferably with/in top tier Service Provider
Results-oriented and able to use data for decision making
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong project and budget management skills
Global experience helpful
