Job Description:

IT Systems Engineer {12-month contract, MUST BE LOCAL TO LOS ANGELES AREA}
Acts as the final point of escalation and resolution for technical support. Provides advanced technical support to developers, corporate customers, and end users for complex products, including highly escalated issues. Provides support via telephone, written correspondence, and electronic media. May act as technical lead and provide technical training, coaching, and mentoring to other engineers. May provide limited consulting to internal or external customers. May research technical documents and feature lists.

Must be in LA area, come onsite in Santa Monica 2 days a week
We are looking for a Help Desk Support Analyst to join our team. An ideal candidate will have a wide range of Help Desk, IT knowledge and experience. In this role, you will support a game studio located near Los Angeles.

Assist with initial triage, support, and resolution for user issues
Equipment and setup support (PC)​​​​​​​​
Phone, screen sharing, email support
End-user support for proprietary tools
Route and escalate issues to appropriate teams
Catalog user issues accurately and assist Lead with support trend analysis. ​

Minimum Qualifications and Skills
1-2 years of work-related experience
Strong understanding of Microsoft products
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
Excellent problem resolution and analytical skills
Self-starter with a strong ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
