Job Description:

Our large consullting client is looking for a Digital Asset Management Project Manager to help supervise the day to day operational and administrative activities and ensure that all processes are executed and that the overall project deadlines are met. This person will utilize their process and organizational knowledge to assist these teams in collaborating across Marketing and Communications and CIO and identify continuous improvement activities to contribute to improved efficiency and effectiveness. Specific responsibilities include:

- Create and manage overall project timeline for Marketing and Communications objectives utilizing solutions Microsoft Project, Excel, Teams, Monday.com and Azure
- Providing additional communications involving updates/notifications to status of release dates or new processes
- Maintain end user / stakeholder distribution lists
- Schedule key meetings and capture notes and next steps
• Capturing End User Feedback during Post Go Live / Pilot Feedback sessions
• Capturing notes to action:
•  Draft/release regular communications to end users after Pilot meetings highlighting outcomes and next steps
•  What’s the value proposition for end users coming out of his/her DAM participation?
•  Sharing team’s engagement feedback with team
- Maintain collection of stakeholder requirements and use cases as well as tracking of deliverables
• Based on input received from stakeholders/end users, drafting new DAM Use Cases and User Stories for Product Owner review and submission for new sprint requirements
- Assist with presentation material development in PPT – template creation, slide clean-up, formatting
- Assist in financial management

Marketing/Communication Craft Skills Desired:
- Critical thinking/ business judgment: Identify the business issue/implications; ask the right questions; use logic, reason and evidence; understand intent and offer a way forward
- Project management: Define a project plan and project schedule, proactively identify and manage project risks, move a project forward against the project plan and schedule, conduct project communications with project team members and stakeholders, and understand the impact of change on a project and ways to manage it
- Storytelling: Make the complex simple by illustrating ideas, information and solutions using story-based communication skills to share compelling narratives and engage clients

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience with technical solutions
- Experience and comfort utilizing Microsoft Suite (PPT, Excel, Word), Teams and (ideally) Monday.com and Azure
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
