Job Description:

A program manager is an integrated marketing communications expert whose value sits with their ability to build and shepherd a program from inception to activation. They are the one consistent owner over the length of the program and are a strategic partner to subject matter experts (i.e, platform/solutions/audience marketing managers, brand planners, media strategists, creatives, regional partners) at each phase. They lead the tiger and working teams through all of the steps necessary to get a program launched and scaled.

Business Objective:
• This role will support the shopping team as they define a cohesive strategy and GTM around the evolving portfolio of our commerce products

Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Scope:
• Partnering on the development of the project brief and strategic brief
• Determining channel mix with channel leads
• Partnering on the development of the creative brief
• Managing external creative agencies (as needed)
• Consulting with creative and production partners to determine best execution strategies
• Consulting with all necessary stakeholders on program design and overall articulation (Policy, Comms, Consumer Marketing, Legal, etc.)
• Working with regional program managers and audience managers (GCC, GA, FMP) to scale the program
• Actively looking/advocating for integration opportunities across regions, audiences and channels
• Managing communications up and across the GBM organization (and outside as necessary) including owning the operational stand up
• Managing leadership reviews (in partnership with appropriate SMEs)
• Managing overall program timeline and workflow
• Managing program budget, its pacing and reporting
• Creating operational excellence and efficiency

Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum of 8+ years experience in marketing or advertising
• Familiarity of marketing concepts and technologies within the online advertising space
• Experience navigating global business relationships
• Experience with operations functions and operational efficiency across teams and partnerships
• Experience with brand strategy and brand building
• Fluency in digital channel marketing and digital marketing strategies
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated success and comprehension of project management
• Ability to translate complex concepts into simple and intuitive communications
• Strong critical-thinking, research and problem-solving skills
• Ability to move quickly and adapt to constantly evolving work environment a must
• Experience working cross-functionally and managing projects and team relationships
• Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented and delivering results in a highly organized manner
