Our client, an exciting and fast-growing integrated marketing agency, is looking for a dynamic Director of Creative Operations to join their talented team!
Reporting into the Executive Creative Director, you'll be building a strong operational foundation, developing systems for managing scope, budget, and resource allocation to ensure the delivery of excellent creative and production work.
- 8+ years of experience in creative operations for brands and/or advertising agencies
- Experience developing and implementing large-scale, cross-functional workflow management systems
- Expert knowledge of production management, workflow, infrastructure, project life cycles and management methodologies
- Experience in resource forecasting and production scaling
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Expert knowledge of project management tools
