Job Description:

This is 12months assignment (with strong possibility to extend) with benefits - Medical/Vision, Dental, 401k match and Sick Pay! Remote until Oct 2021 - Onsite thereafter!

The Brand Strategy and Identity group is responsible for the development and socialization of the Brand Strategy and Identity as well as the development and oversight of all brand assets. This includes building and protecting the brand with internal and external stakeholders; developing and stewarding the brand guidelines; providing strategic brand input and support for key business initiatives and providing education and socializing brand usage best practices. Our client is looking for a Production UX Designer with strong excutaional experince. This is not a conceptual UX Desigenr role. 

What you’ll do:
• Meet short and long-range digital design system objectives set by team manager
• Works with team manager, project manager, copywriter, and related stakeholders to assess components and refine patterns for the digital design system
• Work to improve & enhance components in the design system
• Primarily be responsible for updates to design system and design system site
• Secondarily provide digital design system brand reviews for components, patterns and templates
• Comfortable working within CSM systems, including Drupal
• Working in partnership with the other members of Brand Identity and Strategy to deploy content related to brand web properties
• Creating and refining design specification
• QA and normalization of all guidelines
• Production experience

You must have:
• Deep-rooted understanding of brands and 3-5+ years working for a brand consultancy, internal brand identity team or an ad agency
• An ability to evangelize our brand digital design system strategy and identity with passion and persuasion
• Experience with art direction, UX, digital design systems and guidelines creation
• Strong creative acumen, proven design sensibility
• Fluency in Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) • Comfort with HTML and web functionality
• Strong working knowledge of both Mac and Windows platforms
• Flexibility, adaptability and resilience
• Passion, optimism and enthusiasm
• BA or equivalent experience in design, communications, marketing or related field
• Detail oriented
