Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Senior Creative Project Manager to join the Content Development team in Global Business Marketing. The Project Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing new processes and management systems in Asana, overseeing the execution and activation of Asana project and pipeline management, as well as partnering with team Leads (Editorial, Creative Strategy, Production, Design, Marketing) and crossfunctional partners across numerous programs and initiatives for Social and Digital. The Senior Creative Project Manager has extensive experience managing digital deliverables across social, web, and in-person activations. This person is excited by the opportunity to organize and integrate creative projects, drive operational efficiencies through additive process development, and ensure all project goals and deadlines are met.

Responsibilities

  • Fluent in Asana tracking software, both in execution and conceptually how to get the most out of the software for both an individual project view as well as a global view for stakeholders
  • Identify the need for and build new processes to optimize ways of working for project teams
  • Partners with Leads to manage a body of work aligned against business goals or audiences, with up to 5-6 different multivariable projects at any given time
  • Experience working with Marketing, Creative, Media, Comms, Digital and Production to establish deadlines related to overall department goals
  • Ensures team is aware of key milestone dates and is responsible for owning the timeline and driving the project forward
  • Facilitates relationships across many cross-functional teams, moving processes forward, finding resources, reworking schedules, raising concerns to appropriate owners early and resolving open issues that prevent progress
  • Garners consensus across leadership and teams, in an effort to drive the project forward
  • Predicts roadblocks and obstacles and establishes meetings or integration points between teams, managing risk at every stage of the project
  • Comfortable working in the ‘gray area’ (enjoys defining white space) and able to move projects forward through proactive definition and communication
  • Supports the prioritization of competing needs with good reasoning and creative solutions
  • Coordinates resources across multiple project initiatives and teams
  • Tracks activities on projects and establishes a clear path and owners of next steps
  • Communicates clearly across projects and people


Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant or related PM working experience
  • 10+ years of working experience
  • Experience managing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns and/or programs
  • Experience working with creative teams and ops/dev teams
  • Strong proficiency in Asana, Outlook, Gdrive, and Microsoft Office Tools
  • Experience or knowledge in the production of campaigns, events, printed collateral, presentations, websites, videos, and other marketing materials
  • Experience partnering with digital and media teams to deliver on scaled marketing programs
  • Experience at an agency or creative studio
  • Experience managing budgets and vendors
  • Experience managing resources and/or working with a resource manager
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong sense of partnership and client service
  • Solid experience in fostering seamless cross-functional working relationships in medium to large organizations
  • Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner
  • Experience includes delivering both digital and traditional marketing materials
  • General knowledge of advertising is a plus
