Job Description:

The Marketing consultant is a key member of the US marketing team with a focus on B2B Digital and support to the SkinLab & Flagship retail programs.

This role will lead all marketing initiatives for B2B digital programs, and work closely with the AVP of Retail &Business Development marketing to develop and execute marketing plans. Key liaison with flagship & retail teams to executive initiatives.
S/he will drive key strategies to support our physician partnerships across various B2B platforms. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter possessing a high level of energy, an entrepreneurial spirit, and demonstrated problem solving abilities.  Existing skincare knowledge or a high level of interest in this métier is key to success. 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 Collaborate with cross-functional and corporate (i.e., CMI, CRM) teams to develop digital content properly catered to the brands professional partners
 Collaborate with involved parties to manage LDB.com, Pro Results, and B2B digital marketing
 levers: paid media, social, CRM, Trade Ads, etc.
 Spearhead all aspects of the B2B loyalty program strategy
 Administrative support for business development & flagship teams
 Liase with business development logistics & marketing managers
 Budget management
