Our Austin-based client is looking for an Enterprise Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for Multi-Channel/Multi Product Optimization and budget optimization across channels to support the Enterprise sales team goals for North America with a strong focus on driving demand and accelerate pipeline through an Account-Based Marketing approach.  This is a great opporutnity to make an immediate and significant impact at a transformational tech company.  Especially if you have B2B Software Marketing Experience or IT Software Marketing Experience.


  • Define quarterly integrated multi-channel marketing plan including campaign strategy and audience targeting through a variety of lead gen tactics, content marketing, events, webinars and more; collaborate with channel expert leads to agree on plans and resourcing for execution
  • Plan and deliver a multi-channel ABM campaign strategy based on identification, evaluation of marketing opportunities to optimize cost per opp and ROI.
  • Define content roadmap to support campaigns; collaborate with product marketing for content creation, editing and copywriting for a variety of channels
  • Track, measure and make recommendations for continuous improvement of campaigns and programs to increase demand and conversion of qualified opportunities
  • Design multi-touch nurture marketing programs and campaigns and, with knowledge of various market stages, proficiently guide the team regarding approach
  • Collaborate with Marketing Automation to operationalize the Enterprise eco-system with personas, segmentation, account hierarchy and more


  • 5+ years marketing experience including demand generation, inbound and outbound marketing with demonstrated revenue growth, preferably in a B2B Enterprise environment
  • 2-3 years of people management a plus
  • Experience with managing prospect engagement activities using multiple online and social channels: email, webinar, communities, SEO/SEM, company and third party websites, and so forth
  • Understanding of inbound and outbound marketing; prefer hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, Marketo, or Silverpop and the development of nurturing programs
  • Demonstrated track record of keeping ahead of current demand generation trends
  • Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative technology environment
  • Collaborative team-player with strong leadership and interpersonal skills who can influence across multiple organizations
  • Detail oriented, self-motivated and proactive
  • Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical acumen and a keen ability to prioritize workload based on business impact
  • BS/BA degree required, MBA preferred
