Our high growth client is on a mission to ensure that all children love and learn math and are looking for a passionate, experienced, and outcome-driven Integrated Marketing Manager to join their team and help reach all students nationwide. As Integrated Marketing Manager, you will shape and scale their demand-generation and go-to-market efforts. Ideal candidate can think strategically and execute tactically to get campaigns across the finish line. This is a highly collaborative role, working cross-functionally with teams like design, comms, sales, and product.

You will:

  • Lead segment-based audience campaigns, including developing messaging, plans, and timelines. You’ll work collaboratively with partners across marketing and sales to develop, test, and iterate the marketing strategy
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns from planning, production to execution across email, webinars, and website, working closely with design and content partners
  • Deploy and measure integrated marketing campaigns for our key target audiences by keeping project timelines and KPIs updated and clear across all stakeholders
  • Develop plans and timelines for critical marketing projects, including conference programming and submissions of curriculum reviews
  • Build a bridge with our product marketing team to align messaging and understand relevant product launches and moments to roll into each campaign
  • Manage a team of external vendors to meet campaign goals
  • Closely monitor performance to help us optimize impact across multi-channel campaigns
  • Use your strategic, analytical, agile, and digital skills to help us achieve our full-funnel marketing and business goals
  • Ensure that the brand is appropriately represented in all campaigns

About you:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, including specific experience with multi-touch campaigns, demand generation, and multi-channel programs and tactics such as email, webinars, and landing pages
  • Proven experience managing highly interdependent, complex projects and keeping various workstreams on track
  • Experience working with Webflow and Marketo is preferred
  • A startup mentality with a bias to action and the ability to flex in a fast-paced environment
