Job Description:

This role is highly cross-functional, collaborating with many teams from marketing, buying, design, copy and 3D imagery.
The role will include management of a team of two dedicated associate production managers.
Given the high number of deliverables in flight at once, and the complex network of stakeholders to
navigate and manage, the ideal candidate will have a track record of success in catalog or similar print
production, and will be able to demonstrate an ability to confidently lead and influence diverse teams to
meet deadlines and collaborate toward a common goal. A strong operational orientation and facility with
metrics and dashboarding is key to success in this role, as well as a keen eye for efficiency and a passion
for process improvement. The Senior Production Manager will collaborate with all teams involved in
catalog production, managing the overall catalog program across brands (~50 catalogs per year) and
driving deliverables as appropriate to successfully deliver the final catalog assets. Experience with
imagery (ideally 3-D imagery) is a plus.


  • Work closely with key stakeholders to develop the optimal timeline, deliverables and resource needs on all catalog projects (~50 per year)
  • Manage a team of two to drive the day to day execution of all catalog deliverables, in
  • partnership with marketing, merchandising, creative and imagery teams
  • Lead the cross-brand and cross-functional working team, providing cross-brand visibility into progress against goals and laying out a clear roadmap for the teams to follow
  • Identify process and tooling improvements and make a business case for implementing these (e.g. tie to operational or financial metrics)
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to be seen as the go-to person for all catalog processes and deliverables
  • Support cross-functional teams to problem-solve, anticipate needs and provide solutions on catalog programs


  • Bachelor’s degree, masters degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in creative project management, print catalog production or a creative
  • agency preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience managing teams
  • Exceptional written, visual and verbal cross-functional communication skills
  • Proven track record of leadership, taking ownership and driving results
  • Ability to problem solve and pivot to the needs of the growing business
  • Ability to see things from a creative and business view point
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Experience with GSuite applications preferred
  • PMP certification is a plus
