Job Description:

As a member of the Marketing Operations organization, the Promotion Operations Point is tasked with the
coordination and oversight of the end-to-end promotion process and supporting Brand Marketing for tactical
development. This position is responsible for but not limited to the following:
Promotional Material Development Project Management:
 Attend agency status meetings and project kickoff meetings with job owner to ensure line of sight into
upcoming project review submissions and releases (may vary by brand)
 Open jobs and route jobs in PromoMats (may vary by brand)
 Schedule PRT time in the appropriate system
 Manage PRT agendas and scheduling of PRT meetings
 Review resources in PromoMats (pre-approval check step) in advance of PRT to ensure promotion review
guidance has been followed (annotations, attachments, metadata, other)
 Collaborate with Safety Label team and Marketing Points during the Safety Label Update process and help
manage jobs requiring updates
 Partner with job owners and other stakeholders in the execution of job reapproval and retirement
 Collaborate with Marketing, job owners, and deployment suppliers to confirm expired jobs have been
removed from market
 Communicate with job owner, creative agency, and print supplier to ensure all print deployment
requirements are met in timely manner
Promotional Review Process Management:
 Responsible for forecasting promotion review team needs, through collaboration with sales communications,
training, brand managers, and other marketing support functions.
 Lead and actively participate in PRT prioritization discussions for assigned brand(s) and communicate agreed
upon agendas to reviewers and job owners who will be presenting during the meeting.
 Provide counsel to job owners on planning for the review process including timing considerations, type of
review to consider, and guidance documents to review
 Facilitate promotion review team meetings to ensure meetings are efficient and conducted according to
guidance.
Position Qualifications:
Education Minimum Requirement: 
- BS or BA
Required Experience and Skills:
- 2+ years of relevant experience 
- Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders
- Experience working on multiple projects at one time
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (oral and written)
- Influence without authority (ability to manage up)
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Experience in Pharma and/or Operations related field.
- Forecasting experience
- Ability to manage ambiguity and to adapt to changing needs of customers and business
- Knowledge of the Promotion Review Team process
- Knowledge of Veeva PromoMats
- Knowledge of Workfront
- Experience managing and coordinating with external suppliers
