Aquent is looking for a Product Manager for a Voice Servicing Platform with our Fortune 500 Financial client. This is a full time, remote, 10+ month opportunity with full benefits - medical, dental, 401K and more. We are seeking a  Product Manager to work on the Voice platform, which powers the client's contact center agent and customer experiences.  In this role, you’ll be joining a passionate team of product managers, designers, engineers, data scientists, and analysts working to translate customer insights, user feedback, and technology capabilities into scalable, resilient, and efficient solutions to help us better serve customers. 

You might work on developing the next generation for our Voice user experiences in servicing customers or informing on  the quality of our interactions.

General areas of responsibilities:

  • Inform and execute against  product vision, road mapping, goal setting, prioritizing, capability delivery, and product roll-out strategy

  • Drive to understand customer needs and ensure they are considered in prioritization and trade-off discussions

  • Partner with our Tech and Data Science teams to find opportunities to leverage Machine Learning to deliver real-time, personalized and contextual experiences for our customers

  • Lead grooming activities within an Agile team, specifically defining and writing user stories, acceptance criteria and customer experience

  • Build and maintain strong relationships and feedback loops with leaders and stakeholders who manage the downstream operations and processes that depend on the capabilities and performance of our platforms
