Job Description:

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement public programs and related content that advance community-building objectives by leveraging the social utility of art

- Establish and manage relationships with internal and external collaborators to facilitate meaningful creative dialogue and cross-functional engagements

- In collaboration with internal and external communications colleagues, increase awareness of public programs

- Lead project production from initiation through completion, and develop processes for efficient communication, collaboration, delivery, and reporting

- Work with Strategic Programs Manager and other colleagues to identify internal staffing resources and assemble project teams

- Identify internal and external stakeholders and articulate roles and responsibilities

- Proactively identify technical, legal, procedural, logistical, and communication issues and drive creative mitigation strategies

- Complete onboarding and contracting of project partners and vendors

- Manage all details related to public programs including scope of work, partnership details, project meetings, communications, milestones, etc.

- Determine and plan for production of all deliverables (e.g., design, digital content, events, etc.)

- Gather, consolidate, and communicate stakeholder feedback approvals, and escalate issues as needed

- Monitor and track budgets for public programs globally

- Measure, evaluate and report on impact of public programs initiatives
