Job Description:

As a UX researcher on the App Integrity team, you’ll have the opportunity to work on the Brand Safety sub-pillar . Brand safety's goal is to: make the company the safest and most trusted advertising platform in the world.

For this role, we are looking for a quantitative or strong quant leaning mixed-method researcher, who is a strategic thinker, comfortable navigating ambiguous/complex domains, and has excellent XFN communication/collaboration skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with researchers, designers, PMs & engineers to identify, define research goals and needs.

• Execute research and analysis from start to finish for the Brand Safety sub-pillar.

• Develop and execute appropriate research which could include, interviews, surveys as well as run data analysis.

• Contribute to product strategy.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master’s Degree (MA/MS in Cognitive/Experimental Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Anthropology, Cognitive Human Factors, or MBA) or 3+ years research experience in a related field

1+ years of conducting product UX research experience

Extensive experience with generative, iterative, and evaluative research methods

Experience with quantitative (e.g., survey design and analysis) research methods

Experience building meaningful cross-functional relationships

Effective communication skills with experience presenting to diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications:

PhD in Cognitive/Experimental Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Anthropology, Cognitive Human Factors, or a related field

3+ years of conducting product UX research experience

Experience combining qualitative and quantitative user data into cohesive insights

Experience in experimental design and familiarity with statistical software packages (SPSS, R, etc.)
