Aquent is looking for a Direct Mail Marketing Coordinator for our Fortune 500 Financial client. This is a full time, remote 6+ month opportunity (EST hours) with full benefits and potential to extend longer term. This person will play a critical role in the growth, focused on acquiring new customers through our largest channel, Direct Mail marketing. You will be responsible for supporting the creative development and execution of marketing campaigns while working closely with world-class creative agencies and marketing analysts. This role is responsible for collaborating with partners to execute campaigns, translating audience insights into marketing plans, and influencing testing strategies. In this role, you will have the opportunity to take your marketing, technical and strategy skills to the next level.
Collaborate with Business, creative, agency, and operations teams to execute upon and deliver direct mail campaigns into market
Translate and communicate Business and marketing goals into effective creative briefs
Manage creative development (with internal creative teams or agency partners) to ensure marketing is on-brand, high quality, aligned to our strategic intent and delivered on schedule
Manage multiple projects and navigate changing priorities while staying focused on delivering excellent results
Develop insight-driven marketing strategies that include positioning recommendations, testing opportunities and clear timelines
Navigate/negotiate through a complex organization
Be detail-oriented in working through a fast-paced environment with manual-driven processes
Qualifications for success:
At least 3 years marketing experience; must have direct mail experience
Firm grasp of marketing KPI’s and levers for improvement
Highly effective communicator and skilled relationship-builder who can influence internal decision makers with formal recommendations and informal networking
Able to connect martech capabilities to marketing possibilities across targeting, creative, and experience
