Job Description:

We are hiring a Program Manager/ Creative PM for our Beauty brand. 

6 months- potential extension 

Remote based PST is best SF- based client 

  • Must have 5+ years experience in account, project, or program management in marketing required
  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Project management experience required; agency experience preferred
  • Excellent technical skills – MS Office (specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Smartsheets, Box,
  • Workfront, ProofHQ preferred
  • Responsible for managing end-to-end execution of marketing programs, from strategic planning phases

through creative execution, production, delivery and implementation. Programs may include deliverables
across all marketing channels (i.e., events, in-store, OOH, print, digital, video, and social media).
Manages program schedules and deliverables; pro-actively communicates expectations and milestones
to all cross-functional team members. May manage one or more direct reports, assigning their projects
and tasks.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Manages end-to-end omni-channel marketing programs, across online and offline channels
• Creates and publishes comprehensive schedules and sets interim milestone meetings,
integrating traditional and digital media touch-points in the process. Proactively monitors
progress to achieve deadlines and results


• Fosters partnerships with Marketing, Digital Marketing, Creative, Production, Store Design,
Merchandising, Product Development, Resourcing and Delivery Management. Clearly and
pro-actively communicates requirements, deliverables and timelines throughout program
lifecycle


• Closely partners upstream during strategic development with Marketing counterparts to
ensure cross-functional alignment and milestones for brief development and project kickoffs
are met


• Manages laterally with Creative on timely execution of core assets; oversees execution of all
derivatives, versions, and translations.


• Ensures timely execution of all project assets to meet launch dates, and sees through
analytics and hind-sighting post-campaign launch
• Manages day-to-day tasks of program planning and execution:
o Communicates strategic milestones and brief due dates to
marketing/merchandising/promo partners; ensures information is available and
complete
o Populates agendas for strategic planning, project kick-off, production pre-pro, and
creative review meetings; facilitates
o Opens jobs and builds job folders with project info; updates as jobs evolve and
maintains final program archive of job info
o Tracks schedules, updates reports and communicates program status to key
stakeholders through weekly status meetings
o Ensures product delivery for photography is tracking to program schedule
o Identifies photo shoot needs across channels and partners with Creative and
Content Production for photo shoot execution and retouching milestones
o Routes creative to marketing partners and ensures feedback is clear, actionable and
received on time.
o Facilitates all versioning, manages handoff expectations with delivery management
and digital/retail production
o Ensures completion of all creative assets and tracks final hand-offs, development,
QA, and live dates across all channels
• Identifies program risks early on and convenes cross-functional partners to align/mitigate solutions
• Monitors and advocates process; identifies gaps/improvements to work more efficiently
• Demonstrates ownership/investment in the work; has clear understanding of business goals
and cultural
• Has a good understanding of budget and co-op funding; tracks program budgets and
facilitates conversation between Creative, Marketing and Production if/when costs impact
design &/or budget


POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years experience in account, project, or program management in marketing required
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Project management experience required; agency experience preferred
• Excellent technical skills – MS Office (specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Smartsheets, Box,
Workfront, ProofHQ preferred
