Digital Project Manager

Currently remote but will need to work partially on-site once it's safe to go back in the office.

Responsible for the effective and timely delivery of digital projects within the Global Omni-Channel team. Works with Marketing, Brand, IT & technology teams to understand business requirements, recommend solutions and effectively coordinate delivery of a range of Digital products and initiatives to support Omni-Channel transformation and commercial programs / product launches. Works Globally across a matrix organization. Supports Global Omni-Channel Program leads.

Responsibilities:

Project manages and co-ordinates the end to end delivery of website builds, page updates and functionality enhancements to websites. Works with Agencies, IT, Technology and business teams to ensure holistic project coordination.

Works with Business stakeholders and IT to support the development of CRM (SalesForce Marketing Cloud) programs. Develops customer centric user journeys as part of Marketing campaigns and commercial program launches.

Project manages the delivery of other digital products (apps, tools, interfaces etc) working in conjunction with IT, Technology and business teams.

Ensures quality standards are met at all stages of project delivery including compliance, branding, content, QA/testing, regulatory approval, tagging/analytics set up, fault fixes.

Provides guidance and support to business stakeholders to ensure digital project requests meet process, compliance and best practice standards.

Presents and communicates project updates to stakeholders using appropriate channels & meetings to ensure high levels of understanding and buy-in. Tracks timelines and reports back on progress on a regular basis.

 

Skills:

4+ yrs experience in Digital Project Management

Excellent communicator verbally, visually and with presentation of data

Good understanding of end to end digital customer journeys and KPI measurement.

Experienced in working in matrix / global organizations

 

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or Masters
