The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting our client's Digital Marketing Department. If you live, breathe, sleep digital marketing than the sky is limit! You have the opportunity to create your own path and shape the role while being part of a rapidly growing company.

The Digital Marketing Manager must have strong data-driven skills with a knack for creativity! This integral role will be responsible for taking an idea from concept to implementation and optimizing for performance. The Digital Marketing Manager will leverage industry best practices to optimize existing paid search campaigns, social media, and display to drive key client goals, including website traffic, ROI, lead gen, etc.

Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for:

  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Team to activate campaigns including Paid Search/SEM, Paid Social Advertising, Display Advertising, Organic Social Marketing, Website Optimization, and Email Programming.
  • Implementing paid search strategies, including creating and managing online campaigns from keyword research through to conversion optimization, social media, and display marketing
  • Developing, managing and optimizing all digital advertising campaigns (Google AdWords, Social Media, Google Display Network, YouTube, Remarketing Campaigns, etc.)
  • Management of specific budgets for online marketing activities to ensure optimal deployment of resources and accurate and timely reporting of incurred costs for financial reporting
  • Support marketing automation strategies; assist in development/execution of email marketing campaigns/lead generation
  • Support SEO best practice strategies by understanding keyword priorities and how they integrate into content marketing plans, providing analysis and recommendations
  • Research social media and online presence best practices, monitor trends and work with the Bailey team to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and online traffic, providing analysis and recommendations
  • Email and content management: Ensure email layout, design, and content are optimized for best results in all CRM campaigns
  • Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns
  • Assisting with pitches and strategy and planning presentations for clients
  • Other job duties as assigned


  • Undergraduate degree in marketing, advertising, communication, business or a related field is required
  • Strong detail orientation, self-motivation, and resourcefulness
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a related position
  • E-mail marketing, Social Media Campaigns, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) experience is a required
  • Experience using digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Display Network, YouTube, Organic and Paid Social Platforms)
  • Experience with digital marketing intelligence platforms is a plus (Google Data Studio, SEMrush, Google Search Console, HotJar, Price Spider Brandwatch, Simpli.fi)
  • Marketplace Marketing Knowledge is a plus (Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, etc)
  • Well-developed skills in MS Office suite with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint; ability to manipulate data, produce pivot tables, filter data and execute simple functions
  • Ability to demonstrate comfort and skill in client communication
  • Ability to demonstrate collaboration skills and team mindset
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Ability to self-manage projects/tasks and complete assignments before deadlines
  • Strong desire to continue to learn all things digital and share acquired knowledge with clients and colleagues
