Job Description:

Aquent is looking for a Content Management Specialist for our Fortune 500 Financial client.

The talent will work within the CMS and execute messages that customers see when they login to their account.

Will work with all lines of Clients' business.
Will build / test/launch messages for customers within the CMS- cross-sell and/or servicing
Will build logic for messaging
They do their own QA testing
Work provides direct impact for customers - inform customers what options are available if they need relief. 

Provide business process or systems support that may include duties, such as root cause analysis, mapping of current processes or systems, iterative problem definition, and hypothesized improvement opportunities
Work within messaging trigger & CMS framework to build customer-facing messages
Manage content for various campaigns in Chariot
Process the segmentation load jobs
Work on Unix Shell scripting to process the segmentation data
Work on Java API using Postman for GET and POST requests for messaging application
Work on Agile activities in scrum and Kanban
Re-engineer existing processes
Facilitate organizational change and performance measures
Influence & negotiate with other functional areas
Provide clear concise communication with project team and mid-level management
Work within messaging framework which is building using AWS services like S3,EC2,EMR and RDS
