This is the role for you if you are creative – a skilled storyteller with excellent writing and communication skills – and you have a deep understanding of the small business customer. This position is remote and can be located anywhere in the US.


As the Global Campaign Manager, SMB, you'll be part of a small but mighty team tasked with growing our client's presence in the small business market. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Global Campaigns & Programs, you’ll be responsible for creating digital campaign plans that create awareness and demand in our focus markets. You’ll draw on your experience in the SMB/consumer segment to set the campaign strategy to align to market penetration goals, create the campaign plan, and develop campaign content and tactics. You’ll also develop co-marketing campaigns for their channel partners to drive demand on their behalf.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns globally

  • Collaborate with regional marketers to effectively address nuances in focus countries

  • Determine most effective marketing mix to reach SMB target audience and execute directly and through channel partners

  • Partner with Worldwide channel marketing to create channel campaigns

  • Create messaging and content that resonates with the small business customer

  • Invent and develop creative approaches to engage customers

  • Manage paid search, paid social, display, video and influencer marketing to support campaign goals

  • Continually innovate and evolve marketing tactics, problem-solving when you reach roadblocks

  • Identify trends within campaign data, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights to improve business KPIs

  • Influencing individuals and teams that do not report to you towards common business goals

  • Maintain, nurture, and successfully grow relationships with external third-party partners

  • Develop and maintain key performance indicator reports that track performance and efficiency across marketing channels, and utilizing data to identify trends and insights

 

Requirements:

  • BA or BS degree in Marketing, English, Communication, Journalism or related fields

  • 7+ years digital marketing experience

  • Experience driving demand in the sub-100 employee or consumer market

  • Ability to build, develop and run global-scale integrated, data-driven online marketing campaigns

  • Experience creating content for campaigns

  • Superior writing skill

  • Proven success as a data-driven marketer that can efficiently plan and execute a marketing strategy against goals and budget

  • Deep knowledge of the marketing funnel

  • Ability to think strategically, but also have exceptional attention to detail in execution

  • Bias towards action - getting things done, both well and quickly

  • International marketing experience
