Our client, an award-winning, branding and marketing company that focuses on delivering creative solutions to meet our client’s business objectives is looking for a dynamic, proactive and fearless Project Manager. 

This position is at the core of all departments: dev, design, and marketing. It is an internal and client-facing position with a key emphasis on managing execution and managing expectations, (but you'll be getting your hands into some tactical activities as well). You will act as the main point of contact with project clients while supporting a small team of in-house graphic designers, web developers, and marketers as well as outsourced contractors and vendors as necessary.

As the Project Manager you will play a critical role in the planning and strategic development of our client’s various design, web, and marketing projects. This is a management position, with a client-facing role where you will be expected to serve as a reliable resource that manages both our client’s time as well as the time of our internal staff members/teams. You will lead, manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of your assigned projects and be responsible for communication with the Envision leadership team, customers, vendors, and subcontractors. You will also ensure that all staff have the required goals, inspiration, materials, training, and procedures to perform at optimal levels to meet the scheduled deadlines you assign to keep the clients happy and the agency profitable.  You will plan, manage and complete small and large projects, as well as recurring client engagements on time and within budget. You are successful at managing the people working on your projects by fostering a cohesive and motivating atmosphere while holding the team accountable to their commitments. You must be extremely detail oriented.


Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • ●  Manage all project communications; Collect project requirements, validate and refine the Scope of Work, and create a Creative/Project Brief for both clients and team

  • ●  Lead client discovery meetings to educate our team on the core principles of the client brand and project requirements

  • ●  Define and sequence all activities, estimate resources, estimate activity durations, and develop a project schedule

  • ●  Direct designers, copywriters, web developers and others in order to ensure client goals and brand standards

  • ●  Understanding of basic digital marketing principles

  • ●  Track time hourly where applicable for client billing

  • ●  Monitor team’s hourly tracking to ensure adherence to schedules and deadlines

  • ●  Ability to plan and manage client advertising schedules

  • ●  Ensure the client is trained on the process of working with an agency and the communication/review/approval process that follows.

  • ●  Ensure all aspects of Scope of Work have been delivered to the client to meet or exceed expectations

  • ●  Lead weekly meetings with staff and present to the leadership team to identify any issues and provide detailed scheduling and direction

  • ●  Attend pitch meetings with various prospects to discuss project management and client expectation

  • ●  Estimate time and materials costs for project work and have comfortable conversations about money

  • ●  Review the agency landscape to identify new techniques and technologies to deliver value to our clients

  • ●  Ability to quickly learn new digital tools/techniques/skills in order to bring new ideas to client engagements

  • ●  Present detailed reports on status of all projects and team members.

  • ●  Able to help create SOPs for repetitive processes as well as custom documentation specific to each client

  • ●  Be able to analyze and draw conclusions from analytics and metrics to formulate actionable recommendations to the team

  • ●  Ability to offer critical thinking and problem solving to keep meeting client goals on a consistent basis

  • ●  A sense of humor and preference for fast-paced, team-oriented environments


  • ●  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field

  • ●  At least 2 years of Account Management experience in an agency environment

  • ●  At least 2 years of Agency experience

  • ●  At least 2 years of Website Project Management experience

  • ●  Some understanding and experience with web technologies/platforms, such as WordPress

  • ●  Excellent presentation, communication and writing skills

  • ●  Strong management skills

  • ●  Creative thinker with a dedication to success

    The Following Would Be Beneficial:

  • ●  Familiarity with Asana and Harvest management applications

  • ●  HTML editing experience
