The Role:

Aquent’s large global client seeks a Marketing Analyst.  Develop and define Digital data requirements for tagging and transactional logging needed for performance monitoring, targeting, and other analytical support for business goals across multiple digital data platforms, including: web analytics, display, mobile web sites/apps, etc. Collaborate with business partners & Technology to ensure data is transformed into analytically accessible and valuable data sets that can be used to answer critical business questions. Use web analytics (Adobe Insight/Adobe Site Catalyst), and other data tools/platforms (SQL, SAS, Greenplum & Hadoop) to assemble data from multiple sources. Design and deliver KPIs, trend analysis, dashboards, and analyses including segmentations, behavioral funnels and other techniques to improve business function performance using a combination of business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) and Excel.

• Campaign Planning and Optimization:
o Support the development of integrated, multi-channel marketing plans designed to drive client growth, adoption, or retention.
o Responsible for reporting and tracking of marketing programs with the ability to incorporate learning, communicate insights and generate innovative ideas and solutions
o Create strategic recommendations and implement performance benchmarks, and campaign approach best practices for Commercial Real Estate
o Test and implement audience targeting and segmentation criteria
o Champion marketing data needs to continuously improve segmentation & personalization efforts
o Assist with competitor research and other projects as needed
• Execution/Project Management:
o Day-to-day management of marketing campaigns and always-on initiatives in all channels (social, mobile, email, direct mail, SEO, etc.), including business case, creative development, internal approvals and campaign performance
o Collaborate with Commercial Real Estate LOB and functional partners to deliver the integrated marketing plan
o Maintain and enhance CTL Paid Search program and reporting
o Communicate ongoing campaign updates to team and partners at various levels
o Manage marketing campaign calendar and budget
