We are seeking a Change Manager for one of our valued clients in the Energy industry.
- Change management deliverables aligned with digital platform and product line release roadmaps.
- Change management support of frequent, iterative product releases and/or decommissioning of products and services.
- Apply agile change management practices and tools to support adoption of the changes required by products releases and/or decommissioning.
- Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
- Support training efforts

-Guide teams to successful execution of strategies and network effectively and share best practices within and outside the company.

-Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Effectiveness, Organizational Design, Behavioral Psychology, Industrial Psychology or equivalent consulting experience. Master’s degree highly desired.
