About the Role 

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for marketing new products and policies focused on making our clients platform a safe and trusted environment for communities of viewers, creators, and moderators. You will lead go-to-market strategy, narrative development, goaling, and prioritization for products and policies in order to drive understanding and awareness of our new and existing product offerings, policies, and processes. You will support the general education of our community about Safety by owning the go-to-market of our semi-annual transparency report and supporting the launch of major policy initiatives. This role will partner closely with the Product, Trust & Safety, and Community Marketing teams, developing a strategy based on the needs of the audience and bringing together a cross-functional team to bring that strategy to life. 

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a mastery of consumer insights to develop go-to-market plans, bring together teams to execute on the plans, the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, comfort with ambiguity and tight deadlines, and confidence to align senior leadership around those plans. This person should have empathy for our community members, and an understanding of the moderator experience. You will understand market trends, the competitive landscape, and have experience leveraging those to positively drive awareness, understanding, and adoption of features and policies. 

You Will: 

● Lead development, socialization, and execution of global, comprehensive go-to-market strategies for Trust & Safety product/policies 

● Craft narratives to explain Trust & Safety product/policies to viewers and creators 

● Drive a team of cross-functional stakeholders (including Product, Data Science, Comms, Design, Engineering, Trust & Safety Operations and more) to deliver world class product-marketing launches 

● Embed yourself on the product team to develop and influence the Community Health and Chat product roadmaps based on highest customer needs and insights 

● Manage external creative agencies and/or internal creative partners to ensure quality, on-budget, on-time delivery of marketing programs and assets across multiple channels 

● Distill and surface market feedback from various channels to product teams for new and existing Trust & Safety products/policies 

● Manage high priority, fast moving decisions and communication planning 

● Work with comms to devise launch strategies for featured products and policies 

You Have: 

● 4+ years of professional experience in a corporate or startup environment 

● 2+ years in a marketing or growth capacity at a technology company 

● Experience partnering with and influencing Product, Data Science, PR, and senior executives

● Proven track record of grounding all consumer marketing in data 

● Fluency with data, including forecasting and partnership with analytics and campaign owners to surface insights

● Project management skills, with experience working with and executing marketing strategy
