This is an exciting opportunity to play an influential role on CX integrated campaigns team. The Digital Campaign Manager will lead integrated, digital demand generation campaigns for specific CX solutions, targeting key personas. Working closely with the Paid Media team, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Field Marketing, and the Creative team, the Campaign Manager will work on our integrated marketing strategy, delivering tactics to drive growth through data-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Campaign Planning: Build campaign strategy, based off of messaging and content that drive engagement and results.
• Defining Campaign Targets: Define target audiences and their needs and challenges. Identify—and adjust—appropriate mix of assets and activities to engage the audience, generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and grow and close pipeline.
• Ongoing Campaign Management and Execution: Manage lead generation/nurture campaigns to reach target audience and meet defined metrics. Initiate programs—telemarketing/email marketing, direct mail, online resource centers—to engage prospects and accelerate close process.
• Lead Management and Reporting: Analyze marketing campaigns, implementing action plans to address gaps. Ensure leads are followed up with in a timely manner. Report on campaign metrics and KPIs that track towards quarterly goals.
• Communication and Education: Share with your marketing peers new and planned marketing activities. Present and share content in a format that speaks to and resonates with your audience.

Preferred Qualifications
• 3-5 years in digital demand/lead generation integrated marketing campaigns experience
• 2+ years in Technology/Cloud marketing, preferably at a B2B enterprise company
• Strong and disciplined project management and process improvement capabilities.
• Strong ability to think strategically while executing hands-on. Must have examples of strategically planning, building and then executing digital demand generation integrated marketing programs/campaigns from start to finish.
• Experience partnering with sales teams, creating alignment between marketing and sales
• Expertise in managing projects across various, regionally distributed teams
• Strong organizational, communication skills; comfortable dealing with senior management and sales
• Expertise in managing projects across various, regionally distributed teams
• Experience working with outside creative agencies
• Comfortable working in a shared services workflow environment
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with creative and marketing minds
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems, Eloqua a plus
• Passion to reach audiences with compelling messaging
Travel Component: Minimal. Approx. 10% travel within the United States and Canada may be required to successfully fill this role.
