Our client's Marketing Communications group oversees all advertising and marketing to ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications.
The role of an Associate Keynote Film Creative Producer is to coordinate the production of corporate announcements in partnership with teams across the company. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the production of linchpin communications—the product launch Keynote.
Support Lead Keynote Producer in coordinating the design and development of a launch moment from conception to completion, by facilitating creative reviews, taking/sharing notes, and following up with teams in order to move the work forward.
Serve as main liaison with other departments during production process, assisting with logistics.
Manage the flow of critical content-related information to all Marketing Communications functional teams and external departments as needed.
Accountable for developing a calendar for meetings, reviews, assets and delivery.
Strong leadership skills, highly collaborative.
You have 4-6 years of relevant work experience, perhaps in Account Management, Production, or Project Management at a Creative or Advertising Agency.
You have experience producing or leading client services across video or integrated campaign deliverables.
You have experience working with creatives and are familiar with producing creative deliverables from ideation to execution.
You understand the video production process from pre-production, production to post-production and can manage teams across the entire process.
You are highly organized, capable of wrangling even the most complex problem into an ideal solution.
You have a track record of successfully working with a wide range of people across different disciplines and at different levels.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can work on a number of projects at once.
You pay attention to even the smallest detail and refuse to settle for anything less than perfection.
You react quickly to new information and direction and seamlessly adapt to change.
You also have strong verbal and written skills.
You have experience in Keynote or PowerPoint.
