This role is a 3 month opportunity for a maternity leave. Ideal candidates will be on CST timezone. 

Love working in digital channels to transform customer habits, behavior, trends, and other marketplace nuances? We are seeking a digitally savvy marketer to co-develop and execute the company's Partner Relationship Management portal.

In this role, the Digital Channel Program Specialist partners with a cross-functional team of Channel, Segment and business leaders to design and deploy persona-driven, digital-platform strategies that engage and excite all users. 

Digital Program Specialist

• Designs and deploys digital channel experience strategies that attract, retain and increase Monthly Active Users (through digital channel journey’s, content, programs, tools and training)
• Partners with local Channel managers and Segment Marketing Managers to design and deploy a holistic digital platform/channel strategy, mapping directly to business goals and needs. Influence the promotion plan to meet engagement goals
• Serves as trusted advisor, advising on how to leverage digital, glean data insights and determine ways for the Channel to expand company coverage through more promotion and selling of company's solutions
• Analyzes data and shares to the local channel managers and segment marketing managers to discuss insights and develop plans
• Project manages initiatives, changes, and Partner Programs deployed in company digital platforms (i.e., myCompany), inclusive of platform tools and infrastructure that support and enable the day-to-day digital initiatives within the channel programs (such as, OEMs, Contractors, Specifiers, System Integrators, Panel Builders, Distributors, etc.)
• Tests and implements new digital experiences in market, inclusive of user acceptance testing for new programs and rollouts
• Manages monthly update meetings with Channel and Marketing managers
• Conducts Customer Voice research and identify areas for continuous improvement
• Develops and maintains an editorial calendar, working across teams to evaluate content needs and prioritizing the content in the quarterly campaigns and planning processes
• Ensures web pages are high-quality and current, identify opportunities to publish new content
Required Skills & Experiences
• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years’ experience in web & digital marketing
• Strong Project Management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
• Experience in all forms of digital marketing including marketing automation, search engine marketing, social marketing and website marketing
• Solid analytical skills, with the ability to use data-driven arguments to prove point and make better decisions
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Strong planning and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
