Job Description:

The Digital Graphic Designer plays a key role in creating social-first design assets for the Event portfolio and more. This person will be responsible for aligning content across all social platforms. They will work closely with creative team partners to make cohesive event campaigns. This hire will act as a fundamental component throughout big and exciting changes in social media!

The ideal Graphic Designer should possess the following:

A passion and interest in social media
Can design, execute, and deliver high-quality digital event campaigns
Self-motivated and excited to go above and beyond initial creative asks
Able to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of layout and typography
Solid organizational skills, detail-oriented; time management skills, ability to handle multiple project deadlines
A creative mindset that’s always churning with actionable ideas that help enhance Salesforce’s social media
Thrives on working in a collaborative, dynamic, fast-paced work environment

The designer will be:

Working within brand guidelines to create campaigns on social media channels
Working on project stages from concept, through design development, production, updates, and final execution
Designing social-first creative for Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Instagram Stories
Collaborating with a team of copywriters, project managers, and other creative teams


3+ years of relevant work experience
Creative software tools (especially Adobe Suite Photoshop and Illustrator), knowledge of apps commonly used
for creating social content; basic video creation/editing skills are a bonus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in a collaborative, dynamic, fast-paced work environment with strong attention to detail and
Strong understanding of popular social media platforms – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
