The Copy Sheet Manager will lead the Company’s copy sheet improvement pilot.
This role is responsible for partnering with Marketing designees to develop optimized copy sheet
template(s) and associated processes. This role will work with cross-functional team members (Marketing
Global Packaging & Design, Regulatory, and Legal), as well as external artwork providers, with the goal
of getting the copy Right the First Time, thereby reducing the number of rounds of artwork review. The
Copy Sheet Manager is responsible for analyzing data from CP’s BEAT artwork routing database to
identify best practices and drive change. In addition, the Manager will share best practices (templates
and processes) with Marketing teams.

Responsibilities include:
● Analyzing data, identify opportunities to improve copy sheets
● Develop creative solutions for the copy sheet creation and routing process, including content
presentation, management, workflow, and maintenance
● Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners
● Actively identify opportunities in the copy sheet process to increase speed and accuracy
● Manage multiple projects, with the ability to switch from one to the other seamlessly
● Develop optimized copy sheet templates approvals process before going to artwork
● Develop and provide guidance on best practices in content creation for content creators
● Analyzing data, create continuous feedback loop to reduce repeated errors
● Ensure quality assurance in copy sheets
● Complete trackers and reports in a timely manner
● Manage internal and external team support requests
● Excellent spelling and grammar capabilities
● Cross team communication, including expectation management and proper documentation of
decisions and next steps
