Aquent’s Fortune 500 client in McLean, Va seeks a long-term Product Manager (5 years relevant experience) for a McLean, VA based client.  Can work remote EST; 40 hours a week, 9 months with the opportunity to extend and/or convert to staff, healthcare benefits provided, 401K, paid sick days, more. 


As Product Manager in the very exciting role, you will work on experimentation and personalization projects that will revolutionize the banking experience.


What You Will Do:

- Build the next generation experimentation platform for our Client’s digital channels that leverages cutting-edge technology, Big Data & Machine Learning, and customer-centric thinking

- Identify opportunities to improve and optimize customer experiences through data and technology-driven capabilities

- Collaborate daily with other digital product managers, UX designers, engineers, data scientists and business stakeholders to shape the direction for the platform

- Manage Agile software teams of UI and back-end developers

- Use data and customer research to form hypotheses, then work with partners to design and execute tests that’ll prove/disprove those hypotheses

- Own your product/features from cradle to grave, including gaining alignment with stakeholders, measuring results, and optimizing for value down the road

- You have an agile Product Mindset - You know that every great idea is built on possibilities and assumptions and that the journey is about proving them each step of the way. You can take in a lot of disparate information and find common themes, recommend clear paths forward and iterate

- You are a creative problem solver


What you’ll need:

- At least 5 years of experience in Product Management

- Familiarity the personalization and/or experimentation a must

- Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science or Engineering preferred)

- 1+ years experience with ML or Analytics based products

- Experience with analytics-based products

- Ability to translate intent into clearly defined specs

- Ability to see work through to completion

- Capabilities that drive personalization and experimentation across the company

- Deeper degree of PO - user management/interface with product teams to access capabilities to get products to market

- Experience running agile ceremonies, daily / weekly meetings, translate needs
