Aquent’s large global professional services consulting client seeks a Content Marketing Campaign Manager for its Strategic Campaigns & Content Team.  This Campaign Specialist will work with the Customer Experience/CMO, Talent and Organization and other groups managing internal and external facing campaigns across channels.   

Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm CST


Seeking experience in the following areas:

• Managing large multi-channel experiences
• Taking an idea from pilot to scale
• Maintaining communication and relationships with with senior level executives
• Managing multiple priorities and quick-turn expectations while delivering results
• Detail-oriented and able to produce high quality deliverables
• Analyzes data and translate findings into meaningful action
• Demonstrate strong PowerPoint and Excel skills Well-versed in PowerPoint and Excel. Familiar with Salesforce CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

• Streamline the campaign activation & go to market process for upcoming campaigns – gather information from various sources (campaign plans, calendars, emails, calls/meetings) and organize in a coherent, consistent fashion using a standardized PowerPoint template. This template will be created for each activation and used by the market units so that they understand how to activate the campaigns, the assets available to them, critical dates, contacts, and their next steps/actions required:

  • Synthesize the information and create campaign templates for Market Units
  • Attend monthly campaign management meetings for new campaigns, capture notes and action items and help organize the content for the report out to Market Units

• To ensure stakeholders are current with launch dates, events, industry activations, mitigate any conflicting events or overlap with campaign activations, and that we have a single source of truth:

  • Gather and compile information from across various sources (campaign plans, calendars, event calendars, emails, calls/meetings) and keep Plan on a Page documents for CMO, CHRO and CSCO functions to up to date
  • Help organize and synthesize content for Market Unit tools including newsletters and portals

• To ensure we are smart and targeted with our activations, working to support the business goals and key clients, and so we can measure our impact:

  • Support campaign lead to keep priority account lists updated by client imperative/buyer function

• To build awareness / knowledge of our campaigns and offerings and ensure that assets reach our internal stakeholders for their client conversations:

  • Help to gather information to develop and execute a regular email comm / newsletter

• To ensure track planned marketing spend / request or reallocate funds as needed:

  • Help function lead with monthly budget reconciliation and assist with preparing budget status updates

• Quarter in Reviews – using a standardized template, help to consolidate information across North America, Market Units and Client Groups for Quarter in Review meetings
Unique to Reimagine the Customer Experience Client Imperative:
• Project management for global events – organize and synthesize information from global, share registration reports and draft follow up communications to provide to market unit teams
• Project management for strategic campaigns across market units – work with campaign lead and market unit teams to execute campaign activations
• Participate in Customer Experience campaign calls with North America Campaigns Lead and Market Unit Campaign Leads – assist with developing slides to guide the discussions and help capture action items
• Support initiatives related to Client CMO Community including liaising with legal team to ensure approval for events, list management and support with post-event deliverables

Required experience / skills:
• 5+ years of related experience in multi-channel content marketing

• Prior experience with large complex organization is desired

• Experienced working with C-Level executives

• Ability to think strategically and innovatively

• Lead through ambiguity

• Be proactive and execute with little oversight

• Communicate effectively and efficiently (verbal and written) across multiple communication channels

• Work across complex organizations and marketing

• Proficient with: PowerPoint and Excel (Salesforce CRM is a plus)
