The Business Education team is looking for an individual to develop and articulate data and analytics through program narratives to inform both internal and external partners. This role will work extremely closely with the Scaled Solutions marketing analytics team to interpret data in order to communicate and evangelize Facebook programs, products and services (e.g., articulate the economic impact is driving through education, communicate how to leverage internal tools set in place for measurement, etc). Key to this role is understanding data, with the ability to communicate analytics to various audiences, both external (small and medium business owners, NGOs, underrepresented groups, agency professionals) and internal (public relations and top executives).
Candidate should have the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders, establish informed points of view, and be able to influence in all directions.
8+ years of experience in marketing or related field
Experience working with and interpreting analytics and distilling data down to digestible information
Proactive nature that can prioritize multiple needs
Experience with brand storytelling, writing and deck creation
Experience working with both a team and executive leadership
Experience navigating a matrixed organization
Experience working in a sales-based organization
Experience with digital marketing and constructing an integrated campaign
Comfortability with presentation and public speaking
College degree - BA or BS
Advanced knowledge of SQL preferred
Blueprint Certification preferred
