Job Description:

Our client is hiring a Social Media Curator.

The Social Media Curator will play an integral role in elevating the online presence of our Talent Acquisition Leadership team. The person in this role will prioritize, plan, and lead both projects and day-to-day work to improve our leaders' social media profiles, provide guidance on topics to share/comment on, and find opportunities for our leaders to build and amplify their brands. This individual will assess current state, identify gaps, and make continuous and proactive recommendations. All of this is in service to increasing our leaders' ability to attract and convert qualified candidates for roles throughout the business.

On our TA team, we love all things data, tools, and processes. We prioritize the user and customer experience. Unsatisfied with what is, we are continuously questioning if something could be better, embracing diverse and entrepreneurial thought processes. We offer flexible work hours, an encouraging team, and an environment committed to your professional development.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Evaluate leaders' existing online and social presence and make recommendations for improvement and optimization
• Deliver curated content (and, potentially, create content) for leaders to share, amplify, and comment on
• Research and suggest topics, groups, channels, and communities where leaders can engage to elevate their online presence and add value
• Develop and deliver training or job aids, including those which may be shared with other leaders in the organization
• Track and measure results; innovate and iterate to improve outcomes

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
• A need to get things done, a proven sense of urgency, drive, ownership, and accountability; organization and project management skills
• Resourcefulness and a knack for navigating challenges independently
• Collaboration and partnership skills, experience breaking down silos and bringing partners together, influencing and persuading others with your strong change leadership skills

MUST HAVES
• 1-3 years of experience, we would consider recent grads.
• Experience establishing and maintaining social media profiles to grow positive sentiment, engagement, and audience (experience in the Talent Acquisition and candidate engagement spaces very strongly preferred)
• A data-focused orientation; ability to translate recommendations to business results (as much as this can be done in a creative role)
• Willingness to experiment, innovate, iterate, fail and try again, and continuously evolve and grow
• Excellent copy-writing skills; the ability to be succinct, clever, engaging, and authentic (and coach others to be the same)
• Collaboration, partnership, and influencing skills
