Aquent’s client, a leading global professional services company, seeks an Innovation & Disruption Campaign Marketing Coordinator.


The next generation of technology will be exponentially different, bringing disruptive innovation that will blur industry lines and unleash new products, services, value chains and market opportunities that have yet to be imagined.


This role will act as the single source of marketing execution for all Northeast campaign related activities and report into the Northeast Innovation & Disruption Strategic Campaign Lead (M+C) and support a series of business stakeholders, including the Northeast 5G and MedTech Business Leads.


Location: Current resident of the Northeast US (EST) area and familiar with the regional business community and landscape


Seeking marketing professionals with experience designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns (including events management, thought leadership development, communications planning, and end-to-end client experience design).


5+ years B2B writing experience essential, professional services experience preferred, ability to manage strategy and execution a must.


These activities are grouped into several key areas:


Campaign Development:

• Partner with the Northeast 5G and MedTech leads to build an integrated marketing and communications campaign plan consistent with MU growth priorities.

• Bring creative, innovative and fresh perspective to driving memorable, end-to-end client experiences that advance strategic campaign objectives.

• Lead client facing initiatives including virtual events, thought leadership, media and local reputation opportunities and social media content.

• Drive internal collaborations and communications engaging our Northeast Leadership Team, Northeast client account teams and industry, MU and global subject matter experts.

• Monthly and quarterly measurement and reporting analysis.


Event Strategy:

• Design and execute 6 to 8 major client events end-to-end annually, which drive client audience acquisition and follow up touchpoints for client account teams.

• Collaborate with Campaign Leads and their teams, as well as other subject matter experts to develop new and relevant content.

• Collaborate with NA Events Management Lead and team to manage internal requirements and budgeting and engage event production.

• Project manage creative asset development via approved creative agency vendors.

• Drive all associated messaging, including internal communications, event messaging, client communications, event recaps and internal reporting.

• Work with MU marketing leads to identifying additional opportunities to position Client 5G and MedTech SMEs, including external podcasts, paid and earned media opportunities and local reputation events.


Digital Marketing

• Design and develop an editorial calendar to position Client as a leader in the 5G and MedTech spaces.

• Coordinate with the Northeast Leadership Team, Industry Networks and Strategy & Consulting service to generate new thought leadership (e.g., blog posts, media content) relevant to our clients.

• Develop a monthly series of social media posts for the Northeast Leadership Team, which amplifies Client thought leadership and client engagement opportunities.

• Update the Client Northeast 5G landing page with new and relevant content on a monthly basis.


Thought Leadership:

• Design and develop an editorial calendar which generates a steady stream of position papers, industry POVs, and Research.

• Project manage internal and external writer resources through the editorial process.

• Coordinate with relevant marketing teams in the MU and across various industries to ensure alignment.

• Coordinate with research capabilities across the MU and global teams

• Support authoring, dissemination, and potential coordination with external industry forums and media / trade publications.



• Measure, monitor and document progress against deliverables, budget and results for marketing programs.

• Follow all marketing services processes, consistent with internal requirements across finance, reporting, and events, etc.

• Ensure the Northeast 5G and MedTech Leads are kept apprised of progress against budgets and timelines and escalate potential budget and time over-runs or under-runs.

• Regularly communicate information about market activities, competition and relevant nationally driven activity to the Northeast 5G and MedTech Leads.

• Provide a better client experience and maximize marketing dollars through coordination and leverage across regional and business groups.



Role Requirements:


Experience needed:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field

• Work Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of integrated marketing and communications experience with proven track record of delivering results

• Prior Accenture experience is preferred

• Track record in integrated marketing, including but not limited to digital, social, events, and sponsorships

• Proficient with analytics and adept at measuring and optimizing marketing programs

• Understanding of new digital business trends, environment and players

• Professional services marketing experience preferred

• Proficient with analytics and adept at measuring and optimizing marketing programs

• Superior oral and written communications skills and presentation skills

• Expert project management skills

• Familiarity with salesforce.com and processes to comply with General Data Protection Regulation

• Expert budget management and financial reporting skills, including budgets with multiple vendors and deliverables
