We are hiring an email communications manager to work with a leading retail brand in Seattle! Fully remote (PST hours) for a 5 month project that could extend. 

This job contributes to our success by leading external/internal brand communications. Protects and enhances the Company's internal and external reputation with communication materials. Corporate communications, preferably at a multi-unit retailer or an agency. Management or supervision and Project management.

 Daily tasks:

·       Experience developing questionnaires for assessing customer satisfaction.

·       Converting analysis into recommendations

·       Develop team email newsletters to deliver to stakeholders, preferably using Canva or similar tool.

·       Strong balance of quantitative skills and bias for action

·      Strong balance of quantitative skills and bias for action

 ·      Develop a brand for the team

·       Great communication skills

Survey design experience is ideal

Technology requirements?:
